Ryder Supply Chain Solutions Tour

Join APICS Edmonton on Wednesday May 30th, as we take a tour of Ryder Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) in Edmonton. Ryder SCS provides a one stop resource for comprehensive transportation management, distribution management and global logistics. In partnership with Suncor, Ryder SCS provides customized transportation and distribution services supporting Suncor’s spare parts and MRO supplies for their Alberta operations.

Ryder operates behind the scenes, managing critical fleet, transportation and supply chain functions for some of North America’s largest companies. Using industry leading technology, Ryder has one of North America’s largest fleet of trucks, an expansive infrastructure of maintenance facilities and warehouses, and some of the most talented people in the industry.

In 1967, Suncor pioneered commercial development of Canada's oil sands – one of the largest petroleum resource basins in the world. Since then, Suncor has grown to become a globally competitive integrated energy company with a balanced portfolio of high-quality assets, a strong balance sheet and significant growth prospects. Across Suncor’s operations, they intend to achieve production of one million barrels of oil equivalent per day.

See how Ryder Logistics keeps Suncor running smoothly by efficiently providing timely delivery of crucial replacement supplies all over Alberta every day.

Hope to see you there,
